Ann's First Apartment

I put a down payment on an apartment today. It's a 1/1 duplex [half a house] and it's huge. I have a full kitchen and a washer/dryer in house. I have a yard, I'm able to pain the walls, and I'm right next to a canal. I'm so excited. If everything goes through, I'll be in by Monday.

Oh, also. The duplex is in Hallandale. I'm getting out of Dade County and moving to Broward.
