Scans: VIP package (Paris)
These scans are from the Paris VIP package, but as far as I know at least the London programme-pamphlet-thing is the same. It's a miracle all my stuff survived with only small scratches! The VIP bags were handed to us while we rushed inside the venue, so we had to carry them through the concert, in the crowd.

At first it looks like they copied a few pictures from the tour pamphlet and printed them on shiny paper, but some of the poses are actually different and can't be found in the pamphlet.
