(no subject)
i havent updated in a long time. a lot has happened.
AIDA: This show was amazing. the cast, the crew, the sets, costumes, music...everything was so much fun. This musical was so much better than last years. there was no uneccessary drama. the whole cast got along. we were all so close. i had a part last year, and this year i was just a minister of evil- but i still had more fun this year even though i had a smaller part. closing night everyone was crying. i have never been part of a show that everyone was so emotionally attached to. it was such an amazing feeling.
DOMINICAN REPUBLIC: another random and last minute vacation that my family planned. we went with my aunt, uncle, and my cousins. this was truly paradise. we stayed in a resort, and i dont think i have had a vacation this relaxing. my family are usually the type of people that like to sight see and all that stuff. but this time, our major decisions of the day were whether we wanted to go swimming in the pool or in the ocean, and whether we wanted to go 2 or 3 times a day. the pool to our resort was right beside the ocean...because our resort was on the beach. ahhh i didnt want to leave.
U OF I: since im 98% sure im going there next year, this trip was really important. i went with dave, nirag, karolina, and liz and kevin met us up there. we stayed with megan and nicole, but we spent most of our time with logan. he was our tour guide- meaning that we basically just followed him around and he did what he normally would. it was a lot of fun. partied at night. so many thoughts and emotions. i'll write about it later because i dont know exactly how to express what i feel about next year. reality has finally hit.
SPRING BREAK: besides avoiding doing 75 AP CALC probs, and reading 4 chapters for bio...it was AMAZING. i think this was the best spring break i have ever had. it was so chill, yet i did so much. it seriously felt so long, but i still dont want it to end. it felt like i went on 4 vacations cuz i went to the DR, then was home for a couple days, then went to U of I, then i went to the city to stay at my sisters apartment.
i have so much to do for this week. AP problems, read 4 bio chapters, a paper, MEMORIZE LINES!!! crap. oh well, i have given up. senioritis at its best :)
