GE Money is a Thief

Never deal with them. They cleaned out my bank account after I authorized a 100.00 transfer.

I authorized a 100.00 transfer from my account to pay off my financed furniture. But instead of the 100, they took the total balance of the outstanding bill. So yeah. It pretty much cleaned out my account, especially since I didn't see that until a few days later and was overdrawing for those few days.

Yeah, I hope so too. They claim they sent the refund, but it hasn't gotten here yet. All I know is that I haven't gotten a check- and my balance shows I owe them money again. (since they 'refunded my payment') If I have to make a payment before I actually get my money back... I will flip my shit.

I have had all kinds of trouble with them, although not that severe. But I agree: before opening any account in the hands of GE Money bank, stab yourself in the eye with a fork first, then shred the application. You'll have saved yourself some pain.

I'm sure your bank will be able to sort it out for you. Sorry they screwed you too.

Ugh. I see that now. It seems this is par for the course with GE money. Still doesn't help me now. Unfortunately, it looks like I might have to contact a lawyer. I don't know what else to do.
