Multilingual Monday tomorrow ...
For now: I took a week off from the gym because it was the end of my cycle, but in the last week of my workout I experienced quite a bit of pain in my left shoulder. My left shoulder has never been great; years ago Mika had pulled her leash in order to get to a squirrel and my shoulder had always felt "odd" after that ... Of course, I decided to work through it, because it wasn't causing PAIN, just awkwardness.
So I've been investigating a rehab program for my shoulder six days a week. My shoulder day has, for the time being, been axed. And any exercises that overly use my shoulder I'm also cutting. Today was my return-to-the-gym day, and a chest day. I decided any non-rehab days would be my "100 rep days," meaning 1 set equals 100 repetitions. As for the next week? Who knows. I don't want to STOP, but I don't want to ruin my shoulder further ...
