There are gazillion jokes in Spanish using that. Mostly, they use things that sound "foreign" to Spanish ears which add up to funny sentences. Speaking of Japanese, I just got a collection of "doctor names" in Spanish




For instance, the "mammography" doctor's name is "Tesobo Tuteta" (te sobo tu teta: I rub your tit). The "neurology" doctor's name is "Saturo Tukoko" (Saturo tu coco = I saturate your head)

Very childish but very funny
