So it finally happened -- I was doing a workout yesterday and I heard a distinct pop in my upper back, and felt "odd" afterwords. I cut my workout short because of that, and woke up with quite a bit of pain.
It's disappointing, but I fully acknowledge it's because I was careless. Still, it's an odd place to get an injury and nothing "feels" wrong (there's nothing bulging where it shouldn't, there's no bruising, etc.). I don't know what happened, but I'm probably not going to press my luck and just rest. Really, what else can I do?
It's uncomfortable now but nowhere near as bad as it was ...
