After working it for an hour, I was curious -- I'd never done it before, so I got the tape measure out, and was immediately disappointed. 13 inches. 13 inches? That's it???
Wait, what do you THINK I'm talking about? Perverts.
I'm talking about the number of inches around my bicep; I admit, it was a bit of a deflating moment to realize that all that work resulted in such a small number. People had been saying that they've seen improvements so admittedly this seemed to counter all that had been said to me, and all that I perceived.
But I need to be realistic: I'm 5'2" and, at one point, weighed 116 pounds. Not only have I been doing this for a relatively short period of time, but I don't think I'll ever get size comparable to guys of a larger frame -- it's just not physically possible (and if it were, I don't think I'd be able to MOVE them! :: laugh ::).
