Carl's hospitalization. Yes, again.
Man, I'm dragging ass. I got next to no sleep last night.
Carl was hospitalized with congestive heart failure. I know he's in bad shape when he's ready and willing to BE hospitalized, and sure enough, last night I got home and he could barely breathe or bend his legs, which were swollen to an enormous size. When we got to the hospital he could barely say his name, he had that much trouble breathing, and we were afraid -- and thankfully proven wrong -- that there was cardiac damage being done.
He's home, resting, on plenty of Lasix to take the fluid out of his system.
