Cherokee Learning via iPod and NIntendo DS!
Special thanks to donncha22, for pointing this out to me, and there's likely one or two other people on my F-list who care, BUT:
A company is working on revitalizing Amerind languages via apps and computer games
I have to admit, I am absolutely FLOORED that ANYTHING with Cherokee would be on the Nintendo DS! After all of these years complaining that there were no educational materials THIS stuff comes out. I really hope they're great programs and that they DO act as a boost to interest in studying Cherokee and other native languages!
