Top Chef Masters

I admit, the challenges in Top Chef Masters seem a bit skewed in terms of level of challenge -- last week the four competing chefs had to cook in a cramped dorm room using only a microwave, a toaster oven, and a hotplate. But this week? It was cooking with canned ingredients. I don't know, it seems this week they got off easy.

Incidentally, I'd do Graham Elliot Bowles. I know, shock.
