You take the good, you take the bad ...

THE GOOD: Carl and I were finally able to go up to Chicago together! We were at the housewarming party for orious, leiny, and profundojoe. It was a good time, certainly. I drank a bit too much (mmm, moscato) and was shamelessly flirting with a big Australian friend of Chuck's (who, seriously, is fucking adorable!!). Later we tied Adam to a bed and beat on him asking him why there was no cake. :: laugh ::

oskaar came out to see me when I was in the burbs -- on his motorcycle. I miss Conrad tons, and we rode on the bike together (so much fun!!!) to Mitsuwa to meet another friend, Ben (who is also adorable), and we were all chatting in Japanese later at his house while Ben made curry. Oh, and he also introduced Conrad and I to geocaching (seen above). And yes, Conrad braided my beard. I actually like it!

THE BAD: I was so so sick yesterday. I felt pukey all throughout work but stayed at work anyways. Then, when I came home, my desktop refused to boot up, and still refuses to do so. I get random errors when trying to do anything, making me think that the open case (to prevent overheating) has allowed the equipment to get caked in dust and dog hair, since NONE of the errors have been consistent. Maybe I just need a can of condensed air, but I seriously need to replace the puter at some point. I was so not in the mood for dealing with that shit ... -_-
