So I got the paperwork for an ad, and I read the headline as "PROTECT MARRIAGE."
And I thought to myself: oh hell no. It's finally come to this?? I've had to create questionable ads at this job, but now I get to make one that goes completely against my own views? That makes me and my partner into demons who will -- inexplicably -- destroy the very fabric of society? I was ready to take a stand, right there, and tell my boss: no. Have someone else make this thing, as I CAN not and WILL not have anything to do with the creation of something so vile.
And then I reread the headline. Oh, it doesn't say "PROTECT MARRIAGE." It says "PROJECT MARRIAGE." It's simply an advertisement for a wedding planner.

Completely unrelated, someone a few minutes ago asked, "Roger? Do you have any more of that botox rice candy you always eat?"
