Time for new glasses, I suppose ...
I've had my glasses for years now, and it shows. The frame's been bent out of shape more times than Carter's got pills, I have tons of scratches in the lens, and now the protective cover on one of the nose guards is missing, meaning that the metal has been digging into the side of my nose and scraping skin off. Sadly my work doesn't offer vision coverage, so I'm just going to have to save up until I can afford a new pair.
In the meantime, I've been trying to cover the nose guard with a myriad of items -- right now poster tack is covering it, and it's working better than the tape I tried at work, but the tack keeps sticking to my face ... -_-
