I'm really excited! Dr. Boysen asked me to play the piano part for his concerto for trombone and wind symphony! wheeee!! It's thankfully not as last minute and hard as Petrushka! So I'm psyched! Nolan couldn't do it this semester, so that's why I was asked. It's pretty cool, it has chord arpeggios, chord clusters, forearm playing, dampering of the string with repeated notes! I'm excited, but I gotta start writing in fingerings for this one really hard section.
Best part: at the performance, Rapp will be there! lol I don't know why I love her so much, but I do. I think it's just because she's so cool and now she's engaged to my professor. Makes it really exciting.
I don't have class until 3:30. How did I manage that this semester?!
Although, I should use this time for gym, practicing, and eating. mmmmmm food..................
