still not a proper entry, but anyways...
I wasn't kidding when I said the music of Heartstrings makes up for all the loopholes in the drama.
here are just some sample of what makes the drama special in my heart.
'Carmen Fantasy' : fusion of traditional and modern music.
Even though it was Jung Yong Hwa's 'Because of You' that made me stay, this piece was the one that grabbed me first.
I wish they had done more collaboration on this kind of music.
'I Will FOrget You' by CNBlue.
I know, lots of people prefer Park ShinHye's rendition of the song in the drama. but this is one of my fave CNBlue songs. so there..
Yong Hwa singing 'Lucky' by Jason Mraz.
there are tons of songs in the series and this is only a short clip. but how cute is that YongHwa singing this particular song for Shin Hye, his real life best friend. totally turned me into a puddle of goo.
OK, will try to put a proper thought on my next entry. maybe..
in the meantime, can I just say that YongHwa really amazed me as a singer. He can sing so many genres and he somehow makes them his own.
