Yeah, I heard of the narrative within the vein of the MCR albums, though I never got how the hell the concept was all tied up to the songs. But I found 'em so originally insane I couldn't take it against them. I actually have both albums, but I think three cheers is definitely a more, solid and original effort. You Know What They Do to Guys Like Us in Prison rocks my socks. haha. strange I know.
As for Funeral for a Friend, I just meant that their my favorite emo band of all fucking time, hands-down, no-contest. they have the meanest arrangements and guitar licks I've ever heard in the genre. and after seeing the Streetcar video, they're actually not bad looking. haha.
I heard a couple of songs from Escape from Fate. But I guess I like my emo more hardcore than punk (did someone say Glassjaw?). Haha, that was a very wierd assertion. Saosin rocks my socks hard man, and yeah, Seven Days kicks. I actually heard the acoustic version first, and thought it was trash. But after hearing the original, and falling in love with it, coming back to the acoustic rendition was nothing short of a inevitable hop, skip and a jump.
Kill Hannah's okay actually, reminds me of post-radiohead eurorock bands like Muse and Placebo. though, when it's music to turn me on, i usually go for the Yeah, Yeah, Yeahs and Frou Frou. Haha, strange. But hey I'm a guy. My hormones react to almost everything. Plus girls with voices are sexy as hell.
haha, this is so stupid. quite frankly, yeah, i NEVER get to talk anyone about this stuff either. My friends always make fun of me 'coz they know I listen to this mess. Haha, I actually listen to a lot of subpop, disco-punk, indie stuff, but so many people listen to that stuff already, it's not really hard to find friends of that sort musically. haha.
p.s: and yeah, peanuts are great, though my line of work kinda prevents me from eating it as much as I want. But I always have two bags of nagaraya stashed in my room at all times. haha.
hahahaha! u dig the prison rape song. its rumored that'd be their next video. i certainly hope so. and if they do they should definitly put bert mccracken from the used. but "theyre not friends anymore" so that sucks. duh ALL of there songs rocks my socks. oh the concept is DEFINITLY tied up in the songs, u just got to listen hard, oh its there, scattered about. yeah with bullets, gerard's voice was all over the place. im like "geez honey u GOT to sing properly!"
yeah definitly emo is better. punk gets terribly annoying especially when ur in a shitty mood. well at least for me.
matt (lead vox of kill hannah) sounds a lot like billy corgan, rili. billy said so himself. hahaha i dont like girls singers, coz yeah im a girl, its not appealing to me. they just tend to sound funny. do u like lacuna coil then haha!
i in the other hand dont get teased by my friends. haha they just give me blank looks and nod, they cant relate. theyre more of the country music (gag, shit i know) and musicals kind of peeps. broadway i like since im in the theatre.
a line of work that prevents u from eating as much peanuts u want? huh? how can that be? wat the hell do u do for a living anywayz?
