I just weighed in at 149.2lbs.

w.t.f.

I think the last time I weighed this little was back in 9th or 10th grade. And I'm at like 11% body fat, maybe 10%...but if I were to drop to like 7-8%, I'd probably weigh like 140-145lbs, which is definitely not good. You know what this means? More protein and carbs! Maybe I'll start working out again...or at least start a calisthenics routine, hah.
