ngl, one reason I'd like it to be Stefan is because I think that's the only way Bonnie will ever have any kind of relationship with him. Plec basically said she'd never focus on Bonnie/any vampire (I guess except Caroline and Elena because of course there's no subtext there. *eyeroll*) So if Stefan's human again, maybe Plec will let Bonnie/Stefan have some actual interaction.
