School is going great. But I'm brilliant. So. You know. What else would it be.

I ALSO HAVE LIKE TEN MILLION FICS I'M WRITING. And I shall not let homework get in the way!

I think I'm probably going to have to do some civil war research for the Damon character study one. I'm well versed in PTDS wrt vets, but my focus on Civil War is... well, not much. I'm more versed in post-civil war issues.

Research sounds like fun :). I've been meaning to write some flashback Damon fic (not to mention some 1864 meta) since forever, but I'm too lazy to do research.

But then, let's be real. I'm a former history major, so the things I have to say would sound like mad rambling to most of the readers. I simply don't have the vocabulary to discuss those issues in English.

Normally, I'd agree. But honestly? Researching the Civil War isn't fun to me. It's about slavery. Everything else it goes back to is about slavery. And I'm not sure how to write about Damon without writing about slavery if I do much with this period. I can't brush over it like the show does.

I'm a sociological major with leanings towards psychology and religion. SO FANDOM IS GREAT FOR ME. Well, no, no wrt to religion. But going to school and finding out the best ways to break open my favorite characters would be my job if I could make a living off of it.

I've actually pondered how hard it would be to write in a second tongue. Hard doesn't begin to cover it. So kudos for you.

Hahaha I know, right?!

This one: untitled Klaus/Caroline/Stefan fic: Klaus kills everyone but Caroline and Stefan, whose codependent relationship gets Klaus off when he's not jealous that they love each other more than him. It's very messed up, as they try to care for each other so they don't have to look at the abuse Klaus inflicts on them.

AND I'LL START ON THAT ONE SOON. I've decided that Damon's drinking buddy is Rebekah, who ends up sleeping with him to get him to shut up about Elena and Stefan.

I think about half of them are. AND HALF OF THE PROMPTS I THAT I HAVE SAVED TO WRITE ARE YOURS. I blame you.

I'm writing plenty. You prompted Stefan/Elena and obedience and I'm 4000 words in AND IT'S THE END IS NOWHERE NEAR IN SIGHT. stupid kids.

bonniefic: Character study. My witch goddess needs more fic. She's hard for me to write so this will take about ten years I fear.

Noooo, not ten years! Maybe this encouragement will shorten the number of years: I really really really really want this fic to exist. *Sends you positive Bonnie thoughts.*

i'm going to make your head burn:: AU from 3x20. Elena and Elijah cook up a plan to kill Klaus. It's that fic I started in May about Elena becoming a vampire to spite Klaus. IT'S VERY EXHAUSTING TO WRITE. But Elena gets to have sex with Damon, Stefan and Bonnie. \o/ Let's not talk about the fact it's a three part series where each part will be about 10,000 words just yet.

The bold is certainly different from the usual. Looking forward to reading it!

Do Amends: Season four AU. Stefan attempts to make himself Elena's once more via repairing/building relationships with Jeremy, Bonnie, Caroline and Matt.This sounds interesting since, despite what Fandom says, I don't think Stefan is any closer to the people in Elena's life than Damon is ( ... )

I think the Bonnie thing will come together when I have more of an idea of what I want to do. Right now I just have a scene with her and Grams and not much else.

I THINK THAT BONNIE/ELENA SHOULD BE CANON AND I WILL INFECT THE WORLD WITH THOSE FEELS THROUGH FIC.

I actually agree a little re: Stefan being as close. He was certainly moving in that direction with double dates and his bffery with Caroline, but it sort of halted. And Damon's certainly got some sort of relationship type thing with Bonnie comparable, I think, in depth/screen time as Caroline and Stefan.

I keep wanting to see Bonnie/Elena in my head, but the show does the Bonnie half of the friendship so dirty that there's a block. It doesn't help that there's a dearth of fic for them. But I'm trying to see it because I want to give the Bonnie/Caroline/Elena request on your smut-a-thon a try.

Yeah, they were definitely heading there in season 1, but it went downhill in seasons 2 and 3 (save for his friendship with Caroline, which as of season 3 kind of confuses me. But Stefan's entire season 3 arc confused me). Yeah, that's true about Damon and Bonnie.
