I finally got around to listening to some of the Israeli and Hebrew language music I'd come across earlier. I heard a few tracks from Avraham Tal (אברהם טל) and am digging it so far! I started with "HaZman Ose Et Shelo" ("הזמן עושה את שלו") and followed with "Im at hulehet" ("אם את הולכת") and am currently listening to "Im BeLeshanot" ("אם בלשונות").
He reminds me a bit of Matisyahu (at least from the concert I saw on AXS tv) genre-wise, though he sings in Hebrew.
I may put some audio/videos up later (if I can find them on YouTube and bother embedding them in another post).
