Hey, some people spend their Christmas DYING in cold 3rd world country. Appreciate what you have before a circumstance makes you appreciate what you have. You never know when you're going to be checking out. Most Americans never even let thoughts of death and depsair even pass their minds and what life would be like without anyone to care for them until it's too late. I speak from experience. Not hate nor "as matter of factly." Just from a nobody that has one time filled his heart with hate and is now learning to love. Almost too late.

A lot of people spend EVERYDAY dying so that greedy Americans can have their 'wonderful' plastic and styrofoam christmas. I'm not most Americans and death crosses my mind everytime I whine about fake holidays, gifts we don't need, and every other thing that causes more and more people to die in those countries.

You completely misunderstood. What I was saying is that life is too short to waste on such pessimism. Time should be used in love and not in loathing over the little things in life. Such as your reply indicates. Most Americans are greedy, yes. And most also have a poor attitude towards life and family get togethers. I was once one of those myself.

No.. Maybe that's what was intended, but I would say that wasn't the point made. It's not my attitude.. I don't see Christmas as just another family get together. It was only my siblings and parents, that's like every other day. Christmas is gifts given from the pocket, when it should be gifts given from the heart. I'm not an optimist; I never will be. That's just my outlook, I'm not shoving it on others. Sometimes I have a bad attitude, but I wasn't meaning to do anything but summarize my christmas day as I saw it so I did.
