Chapter 1; Reading The Scripts “Yeah!” Jennette said. “I can’t believe it! I have to kiss you!”
For a second Nathan just stared at her.
"What's wrong with kissing me?" he asked, kind of confused and slightly worried that Jennette didn't want to kiss him afterall.
"Uh..." Oops, Jennette thought. Why did I have to say that?! "Well you know, it's kind of... awkward kissing one of your best friends on live TV." And it's even more awkward kissing somebody you like, she thought.
"Oh. Yeah. I guess."
Talk about ual tension, Jennette thought to herself.
Suddenly out of nowhere, Miranda stepped in between them.
Thanks for ruining our moment, Jennette thought, trying to hide an angry face.
"Hey guys," Miranda said. "Oh my god I just read the scripts for iKiss. Is it true? Are you guys really going to kiss?!"
"Yep," Nathan replied. "Well I've gotta go now."
"Bye," Miranda waved to him.
"Bye," Jennette also waved.
There was silence.
"Okay what was that all about?" Miranda said as soon as she was sure he was gone.
"What do you mean?"
"Well when I first came in here there seemed to be A LOT of tension between the two of you."
"I'm just a little nervous about kissing Nathan."
"Yeah, I know. Awkward kissing one of your best friends on live TV."
Jennette sighed. "It's not just that. I-I-I have a crush on him."
Miranda gasped and said sarcastically, "Really? I had no idea."
"You mean you knew all along?!"
"Come ON. It's so obvious that you have a crush on Nathan."
"Obvious how?"
"Come on I know what that look in your eyes means. And you're always reading Seddie fanfics. Then there's that youtube video. When they asked 'what do you think of Seddie?' and you said 'I think it's funny' I could tell by the hidden want in your eyes that you really thought Seddie was the best idea."
"It's THAT obvious?" Jennette asked.
"Yes."
"Okay, but please don't tell anybody."
"Don't worry. I won't," Miranda lied.
Little did Jennette know, Miranda was actually the one that suggested to the writers to make Seddie happen because she knew from the start Jennette had a crush on Nathan.

Later, in Nathan's room...
"Sooo..." Miranda said. "What do you think about the kiss?"
"That's actually why I called you in here," Nathan opened the door and let her in. "I need some advice."
"Oh, okay." She sat down next to him.
"Look, I have a confession to make-"
"You like Jennette?!"
"How'd you know?"
"You do?! I was just guessing."
Nathan sighed. "Okay, well don't tell anybody, especially not her."
For a brief second, she had wide eyes. Then, returning to her normal face she said "Okay, I won't."
Oh boy, she thought. How am I NOT going to be able to tell them they like each other?! This is sure to get good.

The day of the kiss arrived...
Four o'clock in the morning...
Jennette woke up, stretched, and checked the date.
"AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
Strangely barely anybody heard it, except for Nathan.
He got out of bed, not remembering what day it was.
He was about to run out of his door, but stopped to check the time. "What's Jennette doing up at four o'clock in the morning?! Wait. Woah, woah. What?! How is that important?!"
He ran out the door and went into Jennette's room.
"What is it Jennette?" he asked. "Is something wrong?"
"No, not really." Oh man, she thought. How can I not start hyperventilating with him so close to me?
"Then why were you screaming?"
"Today's the day we're supposed to film iKiss."
"AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!" he started screaming, and before they knew it they were both screaming at the same time without anybody noticing.
"Man people are good sleepers," Jennette said for a moment, then went back to screaming.
Once they were done screaming and out of breath, they just sat down on Jennette's bed and started imagining how it was going to go.
"Hey," she said. "Maybe we could have a bad breath contest." She started laughing.
"Wa-hat?" Nathan laughed.
"We could have a bad breath contest before the kiss, you know. It would make it even more funny."
They both laughed at the same time, imagining what the other person would eat before having a bad breath contest.
Several hours later, and the two are still laughing...
"We've gotta stop laughing now," Jennette said, but continued anyway.
"Yeah-hah. Tell me about it. People are gonna think something's wrong with us."
Miranda yawned and opened the door to Jennette's room.
"Hey Jennette, it's time to-" She stopped noticing the two were practically falling off the bed from laughing so much. "Woah what the heck's going on here?"
"Oh, we were just laughing... about something funny," Jennette finally stopped laughing.
"Yeah, a lot of people laugh at funny things. Anyway, it's time to start filming the episode iKiss."
Her eyes grew wide again for a second, and then returned to normal. She gulped. "Uh... okay. come on Nathan, let's do this."

It was the scene of the kiss...
Sam and Freddy were alone on a balcony in the episode now and it was time for Sam's big apology speech.
Sam knocked on the door and waved. Freddie motioned for her to come in.
"I'm sorry," she said. She then listed things she was sorry about, and Freddie seemed like he enjoyed her messing with him. "Everything."
"So, does this mean you're not gonna mess with me anymore?"
"No, I'm still gonna mess with you," Sam said. "I'm just gonna apologize every few years and start fresh."
"Good."
"Good?"
"Yeah, it'd be too weird if you didn't mess with me all the time," Freddie said. "But maybe you could stop just a little bit-"
"Yeah, I don't think so."
"I didn't either."
Then, Sam brought up the first kiss thing again.
"What?" she said several minutes later.
"Nothing."
"Tell me what you're thinking."
"I was just thinking-"
"That WE should kiss?"
"Well, should we? Just to get it over with?"
"JUST to get it over with. And we never tell ANYBODY about this." Jennette gulped, but barely anybody heard it. "Well, lean?" Jennette's pulse rate started to go up, up, up.
"Ha. Hate you too."
"Wait, what?" Nathan was confused. "But I didn't-"
"Cut!" the director said. "Jennette, you're reading ahead in the script again."
They had to do it again five times, but when they finally got it right and finished the episode, they wrote in diaries and journals, super happy they had finally had the kiss of their dreams.
So, should I continue? :)
