I really like how you did this, adding the slashy bits to the extended cut - especially the scene on the boat. I justify my F/M relationship on that scene, so for that to be the scene that sparks things is just perfect.

I think you captured Murdock's internal thoughts really well, like here
When she was gone, one part of him settled with being a really good friend, and he took his guitar and sang the “El Diablo” song with Face. The other part of him admired the view of a shirtless, well tanned, muscular Face, and Murdock again ingrained the image into his brain, so he could jerk off to it later in privacy.

Life sucked sometimes.

And then the little moment of sadness between them, how Face wasn't entirely straight, Murdock asking if it was really happening... and, the end is pure love. How both of them needed to be together, knew they did have the time they needed and did it anyway... Sigh. Thank you! I really loved this.
