Reserved: Rufus ShinRa 3/3

Sample log entry: “It would seem that we have a problem,” Rufus said, leaning back in his chair as he stared down the man seated before him. The man, a financial of client of the company’s, seemed to think he could easily outwit this young man, who was by all means, still a child in the business world.

“I don’t see a problem Mr. ShinRa,” the man said, flashing all of his bleached teeth that could outshine a forty watt light bulb. Rufus tightened his lips into a smile, one that didn’t reach his ice blue eyes, and with a gentle flick of his head a Turk appeared on either side of the man.

“You might not see one Mr. Carlson, but you see, I see a problem,” Rufus nodded his head; fingers lacing as he watched the man suddenly get pulled to his feet and a gun get placed near his ear. Rufus’ smile was genuine now-he liked it when things got to this point. Of course they would not kill the man, as he did not want blood on his pure white office floor, but striking a little fear into a man could do him some good now and then.

“You see, if you decide to go with another company, bad things could happen,” Rufus stood, walking so that, while he had to stare up into the eyes of the man, he could still see the fear in there, and it made something inside of him very, very happy.

“Very bad things. Do we have an understanding?” And Rufus grinned, showing all of his teeth this time, mimicking the other man in a parody of his earlier calm as the gun was pressed even tighter to the man’s head.

“Do we?”

Sample journal entry: It seems I’m not dead as previously thought. Though, it seems that there really is a Hell on earth, if this is even earth at all. The buildings are off, and there is more greenery around here than I have seen in years. But, there is a ShinRa building. It’s shorter then the usual, not as towering as my last one. But, it can be as intimidating as the other.

Who on my staff is here? Reno? Elena? I have heard you both are here. Debriefing in my office at 0800. No exceptions.
