They are a brother/sister team and I'm pretty sure they started in high school. They're just incredibly clever.

Hey, I think we kind of half to sign tomorrow just because it isn't open on Sundays and because we don't have any other schedule times when we can do it this week, plus I don't want to lose the apartment. Are you having second thoughts? It'll only take around a half an hour to sign.

Oh, and I forgot to tell you but I really liked the Tapas Restaurant. The calamari was really good, especially the sauce. Sorry all the Melrose guys were so finicky.

The tapas restaurant is great. I'm sorry nobody enjoyed it.

I enjoyed tapas, n im sure that kyle and matt also enjoyed...it was really good food.
