I know it's only 10:11am but I don't care.
I woke up this morning all happy because I slept in and skipped school. I look at my phone laying next to me and it says that I have a text from Tara. I check the text and it says, "Jack Welch died this morning." That pretty much shot down my good day.
So, Jack, we love you and miss you. ♥
[some of you guys remember the story of Jack's whole family getting in a car accident in June of 04 and Jack was in a coma and when he got out he was in a wheelchair and couldn't talk and had brain damage.]
Death... the wretched word that brings that bone tingling chill down the spine of all the inatimate, self-centered, inhabitants of the world. When you in fact reverse the roll, it opens up new doors to the meaning of life. Some are jepordizing their relationships, religions, and personal lives for the sole reason of furthering themselves in a corperate America. Don't get me wrong, work is very important. Yet, dont' loose sight of the more important things in life, such as, the ones you love. Unfortunately, death opens this door.
It opens this door to a new meaning. A world without worries of the daily stress life, just the pure instinct of survival. Beating the desease or sickness in a daily struggle, just pausing to catch the sun rise and set. While the beautiful rays scatter across the purple sky, for one solitare minute all the struggles and worries are forgotten. For that single moment, an individual forgets all the pain, and strife they are in. In reality, its a a beautiful thing.
God created this world so in fact we may veiw its wonderful marvels and discuss the stars over a steamy cup of hot chocolate. These inhabitions in fact make the world a better place. It's a shame that it takes death and disease to open up the eyes of the victim and family to new meanings and purposes in this busy world of corperate America.
Is it far fetched to call this disease a blessing? A blessing from God bringing family and friends closer, in one great testimony of faith beamed over the land. A great stuggle it may be... yet a blessing it is, broadcasting the world around you in the simple light of a candle opening up new doors to the meaning of life.
