To help kick things off, though they seem to be going pretty well: Face/Murdock, preferably h/c, with Murdock being hurt pulling off a rescue and Face having to try to get him through it (since now he can't go back to the VA whenever he gets hurt).

OR

Face/Murdock, chopper crash during war-time (extra points if Murdock is self-sacrificing, or if he's piloting another team and has to rely on them). Have all the h/c, helpless worrying, and torture you want! Lovin' at the end would be appreciated ;)

FINISHED. a bit of a preview:

Murdock was pretty damn sure that one of the worst sounds he could ever hear was the deafening noise of the engine of the helicopter he was currently piloting sputtering dead in the middle of the air. It didn’t quite help that, while he was attempting to figure out exactly what was going on and how he could fix it without jumping out the door and banging around on it while floating to his death, the team he was currently (‘assigned’ was what Hannibal had said but it definitely felt like ‘forced’ right then) working with were all shouting and crying and telling him that he had to fix it or they would kill him.

Okay, that was great. Really, really great. You did a great job of capturing Murdock's madness - which I think is especially hard to do when writing from Murdock's POV - and struck the right balance between being crazy, acting like he's crazy, and knowing he's crazy. Poor Murdock (and also poor Troy!)

I also loved the ending, where Murdock and Face can't see anything else and don't know/don't care if anyone else can see them. Wonderful work! <3
