BA/Murdock, bullet wound

I'd really like to see this done. Reminds me of a time in the show where Murdock was shot and BA was saying "Don't die, Murdock! You're my friend!" A good episode.

B.A. was having trouble waking up. It was a feeling he’d come to know all too well - because it was the typical result of being doped up and loaded onto a Murdock-piloted aircraft
