guess what, i WAS in the back of a police car tonight.
i'm on my way home from watching Rifftrax, mere minutes away from home, when i got pulled over.
the car i was driving has no insurance and the registration has expired. they also said my license is suspended, though i have NO documentation saying so. you'd think the DMV would send out SOMETHING telling me my license is suspended.
some of you may remember the incident i had during the summer when i got arrested for a warrant that existed for 10 years. they took me in, locked me up and everything got paid.

apparently Saddle Brook said i owed $750 in a bench warrant which was bullshit. when i went to the judge during the summer, he said it was over and done with.
the cop who pulled me over said he had to impound the car, but i was able to go. then saddle brook said "we want him" and they were about to take me not even to municipal, but to county lockup. Glen Rock took me in cuffs to their station to wait for Saddle Brook. called my father to meet us so he can show them receipts for when i dealt with this in the summer to show all was paid. the (saddle brook) cop laughed at me when i told him this was a mistake on their part. so we're waiting for the word from their desk clerk to verify everything, when FINALLY, the record showing i had taken care of everything showed up. when i got arrested 10 years ago, they used a different filing system and it never got carried over to what they do now. i was arrested because of THEIR mistake. realizing they fucked up and i was right all along, they had no choice but to let me go.
fuck saddle brook and fuck the police.
what's more, all my shit is still in the impounded car, my cigarettes, my wallet insides, my ipod, a dvd or two. the glen rock cop was going to drive me home due to them impounding the car, but saddle brook said "no no". so i had to leave everything in the car.
it's late, i'm tired and i'm BEYOND pissed at other people's mistakes. FUCK SADDLE BROOK. I HOPE THIS CHICKEN DICK BADGE LICKER WHO SMIRKED AND LAUGHED AT ME GETS SHOT IN FRONT OF HIS FUCKING FAMILY!
and don't tell me i can sue them for false imprisonment. it won't work.
i just want a cigarette and sleep. sleep i can have, cigarette....well..that's all in an impounded car right now.
