I'll agree compared to other fandoms Merlin is much tamer, but there's still the "You must be homophobic" if you don't believe B/C are in a relationship. Same thing goes for Angel and Bradley "you must a racist" if you don't think they dated. Overall yeah there's a lot of good people but once and awhile you'll come across some real hardcores who'll fight to end for their beliefs.

Colin said at Supanova in 2011 I believe? that he wasn't dating Katie when asked by a little girl. Katie (wasn't a direct quote) said this past August in the Sunday Times: "Yet the Lucy character - described as having a penchant for gossip, flirting and glamour - is perfect for her. Even denying the rumours of a past romance with Meyers - and Colin Morgan, her co-star on Merlin - is accompanied by a beaming smile"
Not sure if the 'beaming smile' thing meant she did or didn't in the past. I guess it's up for interpretation by the reader.
