I'm pretty sure the interviewer was thinking something like: "omg, omg it's Colin Morgan, quick, what part of him can I touch without Bradley someone punching me in the face?"

And both the bow-tie groping and the idiotic questions would explain why Bradley looked like he wanted to punch that interviewer in the face.
