The Making of Netflix's The Liberator
With the release of The Liberator, audiences were introduced to a new technology called Trioscope, which blends live-action actors with CGI allowing for a 3D graphic novel experience. We are excited to have Greg discuss how the four-part show pivoted from an animated series to become the first Trioscope project and how employing this enhanced hybrid animation helped tell the story.
During the livestream, Greg will share raw material from the live action shoot, as well as initial storyboards, previz, and test materials for the series, and talk about challenges and ideas that helped achieve the final look of the series.
