Celebrities and members of the public flooded into a wet Widford ground for a charity cricket match attended by Weasley twin James Phelps, Australian fast bowler Jeff Thomson and star of BBC's Merlin, Bradley James.
The event, which took place at the ground of the CC on Sunday (August 25) raised nearly £ 3,000 for Bunbury's chosen charities - the Afghan Trust and ESCA.  Steve Lerigo, Chairman of Ware CC, said: "The fantastic talent on a show to a superb display of batting and bowling despite the wet pitch. The Bunbury's won with a great time. "
Both James Phelps and Bradley James took part in the match, along with a long list of stars such as Crystal Palace legend John Salako and Bunbury founder David English.
The celebrity side of the opposition was the MCC Young Cricketers, and included the Ware CC chairman Steve Lerigo and former England and Sussex leg-spinner Ian Salisbury, as well as other former players.  Jon Perrett, who plays for CC, and volunteered at the event, said: "It was amazing to people. "There was plenty to do, and everybody seemed to be enjoying themselves. He was also really nice to see a few celebrity faces around! "

James Phelps, who is most well-known for playing Fred Weasley in the Harry Potter films, and Bradley James, who rose to fame playing King Arthur on BBC's fantasy drama series , both battled and bowled, with John Salako chosen as the team's wicket keeper.
The Bunbury team, which also featured professional players from the county side Middlesex, Northants and Essex, ran away with the game securing a win by almost 70 runs. The game was shortened to 20 overs-a-side.
Liam Dexter, Vice-Chairman of Ware CC, said: "We were all in a panic on the morning of the game. "Early event for the army of the helpers and some Sunday" "The event also featured the Bombadier Beer bus, a bouncy castle, face painting, a licensed bar, a burger van, an ice cream van and a cricket ball competition.
