Fanmeets and Things

I know I suck. It's been close to two weeks since the GANTZ Fanmeet and I never wrote up the report.

I'm sure I've horribly forgotten names except for a few. So to not make people feel left out...I will use LJ names only xD

As promised, I'm the one in the orange-ish shirt with her hair tied back. XD It really sucked being late to the first movie, but surprise surprise, it's already up online and subbed to boot. I finally got to see the first subway scene. ^.^b

Even though the crowd DID get really excited, I thought it was fun. Maybe I'd prefer to see the movie for the first time quietly by myself so I can feel the gravity, but watching it like you do with your friends when people are always talking to the screen and being more silly than necessary is fun too. XD

I'm always clumsy with meeting new people and I talk too much, but I really enjoyed hanging out at the restaurant afterwards. We did split into two tables and someone whose name starts with a B kept forgetting to use the tongs on our side =D, but that's kind of impossible to prevent when you've got a lot of people at one table.

If you want to know the truth, I got lost on the way home (although one of the girls kindly got me back to Port Authority at least) and ended up in a Walmart sniffling as I looked through a phone book and tried desperately to find the number for a cab. It should NOT be as hard as it was. :sigh:

Overall, this was a really good memory and I hope to talk to at least some of the girls every once in a while. Thanks for organizing this and posting the pic!

Hahah yeah i remembered your lj name and real name xDD. Yeah it's great that the fandom works quite fast....now to get the hardsubbed version...or get the dvd when it comes out next month xD

Yeah watching it alone will make you understand it more and watching with friends def will make you enjoy it haha

OMG >.< i could've tried to help you to port authority. it was kinda along the way me, my sis, and larrysam123 walked >.<. yeah i feel that way too when i get lost like "wtf i def shouldnt have gotten lost, its not that difficult" lol.

^_^ glad it was fun for you and yeah it would be nice to keep in contact with all of them, esp the ones who live nearby.
