Besides devoting biggest part of my work time to Lancôme retail service activities I spend around 20% of my time resources on HR project. It includes some employer branding and recruiting tasks.

What have I been doing so far?
Career fair. Together with my HR colleagues I was participating in career fair organised by Graduate School of Management, St. Petersburg. I was installing L'Oréal exhibition stand, doing company-presentations-on-the-spot, telling about our current career opportunities, sharing my experience of working at L'Oréal, collecting resumes and conducting mini-interviews. 6 hours passed so quickly that I didn't even noticed it was evening already! I've never talked that much in my life and next day throat hurt a bit but it definitely was worth it - very interesting and exciting experience.
Company and business games presentation & promotion. My area of responsibility was St. Petersburg. Besides presenting company as a potential employer in general, I was also promoting our business games, such as Brandstorm, Reveal and "R U HR?". I was collaborating with such universities as St. Petersburg State University (GSOM), St. Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance (FINEC), and Saint-Petersburg State University of Engineering and Economics (ENGECON). With help of my colleagues I was arranging time, place, communication (posters, emails, social networks), delivering presentations, motivating students and graduates to register for the games.
Events. With my colleague I was participating as L'Oréal representative in such events as student video contest:
Van Hundred Seconds (unfortunately, link is only available in Russian ). Students from different Russian cities were making video ads of suggested products and we had to evaluate their projects and to give feedback. By the way, this contest was organized by my classmates from GSOM master program -
Kirill Shikhanov and
Kirill Kokoulin.

For me these HR activities are something that I'm never tired of, I feel like I even get more energy and liveliness from it! =)
