It's a little complicated, Yachiru-chan. Zaraki-Taichou is a Soul Society shinigami.. I can't imagine Aizen liking having Gin talk to him in casul conversation.. and outside of whatever is going on in that head of his. As for me, it's the same reason, I suppose...
