1.How about a brief introduction of yourself?

2.Fabulous! And what got you into fanfiction to begin with?
Becoming obsessed with a certain unmentionable video game. Getting on the internet. Talking to other like-minded people. Discovering Fanfiction.net..... It spiralled down from there.

3. I see, so what kind of fanfiction do you like to write?
Dark plots involving questionable content, fucked-up characters, political conspiracies and tonnes of kinky smut.

4. Do you tend to write the same pairings/characters?
I do like to experiment with various characters and pairings. If I'm really into a certain character, then I tend to pair him (or rarely her) with everyone else. I like basically exploring different relationship dynamics with characters and/or pairings that often clash with each other.

5. What is your most popular fanfic and why do you think people like it so?
My most popular (non-original) story would be a SasuNaru story I wrote ages ago. I'd like to think it was popular because of how I wrote Naruto in it, but realistically, it was probably because of the pairing and the fact that the Naruto fandom is huge haha.

6. Forget other people, what is the fanfic you’ve written you’re most proud of?
That's actually a bit of a hard question to answer because I like all the stuff I've written. I am particularly proud of the chapters I wrote that involve Kyuubi in Naruto, how I characterised Zephon from the Legacy of Kain series and of course my recent Transformers stuff.

7. Do you find writing easy? Hard? What are the most difficult aspects of writing you struggle with?
Well... I think my biggest weakness would be getting all enthusiastic about a plot bunny, starting it...and then never completing it because I ultimately burn myself out on it.

8. Write a few sentences or so of your favorite pairing or character.

With a heavy sigh and several internal warning windows blaring at him, the tall mech turned towards the security gate. A spindly drone stood at the side, fitted with a single optic and a pair of pincers for servos that could effortlessly crush helms into scrap. It focused its unfriendly glare at him the moment he neared it and he shuddered unpleasantly when he felt its evasive scanners pass right through him.
"Hey baby, you sure are coming on strong," he teased it. "I never put out on the first date but for a pretty one like you, I can always make an exception."
The drone blatantly ignored the cheap leer he gave it. Instead it beeped once when it identified him and moved back in an almost glum manner to allow him access.
"Thanks darling, catch ya later!"
He swaggered past it with a wink of his optic and a couple of exaggerated kissing noises.

9.Are there any fanfiction trends/clichés you can’t stand or are just sick of?
Cliches can be dealt with just as long as the characters act accordingly depending to the situation. Mary Sues die die dieeee
Though frankly, I'll have to admit I'm sick of how characters involved in popular pairings always seem to fall into a fanom established template of how they have to act. For example in Transformers - Jazz runs after a clueless Prowl and slowly melts his icy exterior. Skyfire is always pining after Starscream who in turn, is beaten and raped by abusive!Megatron.. who is redeemed by the power of love. Mirage is always conservatively sweet. Bumblebee is always the innocent child. Or in Naruto, Sasuke is like the ultimate 'seme' and always tops Naruto.

10. Are you guilty of any of the fanfiction trends/clichés you now hate? Or any other ones?
I've been guilty of the self-insert cliché (but it was my first ever fanfiction so I'm excused). I guess I'm guilty of the 'pairing a character with everyone' cliché...only because I want to write the smut haha. Actually, I'm also guilty of the whole innocent!Bluestreak and meek!virgin!Perceptor characterisation.

11. What was the first fandom you wrote for? Do you still like/participate in it?
Legacy of Kain (specifically Soul Reaver) but I lost interest in it a long time ago, especially after I finished Defiance.

12. Name your OTPs or most frequently written pairings/characters and explain what it is about them you love to write.
Soundwave/Optimus - I can safely say I like it because of how tsarist_secret  writes her Optimus. On the other hand, I also enjoy the vast differences between their characters and how everything would be against them; Soundwave's creepy, quiet intensity and possessive stalkerish loyalty and probably not giving a shit about Autobot ideals wouldn't help their already unfavourable situation haha. Of course, Optimus will have to go all alpha mech on him to keep him in check *waggles eyebrows*

Most crossfaction pairings. Just the forbidden element of it makes it hot.

Bigger, aggressive mech and smaller, meeker mech pairings. Like big warrior types like Ironhide or the twins dominating one of the scientists.

TFA Megatron and/or Shockwave with Optimus. Funnily enough I'm not big into G1 Megatron/Optimus because in my mind it can never work out realistically. But in TFA... maybe because Megatron's so much more cooler and Shockwave is so ultimately badass and Optimus is so much younger and rather cynical.

Starscream/Optimus - Starscream's brilliant and wild and Optimus could definitely use the challenge.

Bluestreak paired off with either the Lambo twins or the Seeker trine. Because it's hot and they'd be all growly and possessive over him.

Soundwave/Bluestreak. Soundwave would just slap on a nice collar on him and make him his pet haha.

Soundwave/Cassettes. He's the Master, after all :P

Sam/Optimus - "You came for me, Boy."

Sam/Barricade - "To punish and to Enslave" heh heh heh

Sam/Decepticons - Because he'd squeal so nicely.

There's actually a couple of more but I can't be bothered to list them :P

In non-Transformer related, I love Naruto/Kyuubi and Naruto/Itachi, Snarry (all that tension, hate, UST mmm), Lucius/Harry ("Call me Daddy")

13. What would you call your writing “style”?
Dialogue-heavy, description where it counts and occasionally dryly humorous.

14. Do you read other people’s fanfics? If so, what do you find yourself reading the most?
I do read a lot of fandiction, usually stick with the 'M' category.

15. Name one thing you’d LOVE to write, but have been too afraid or shy to do.
Shakespearian sonnets.

...j/k

16. Do you have trouble taking criticism? Or worse yet, do you have the dreaded bloated ego?
I don't mind criticism (just as long as it's not stupid) and usually I respond to the reviewer (politely mind you!) explaining my reasoning behind a certain development in my story. I only have trouble taking criticism when it's from my fiancé, because his opinion matters so much to me and I kinda end up resenting it because I know he's not interested in my writing haha

17. When you write, is there anything that helps? Music? Quiet room?
Music. No distractions. I can't write when I'm stressed with real life... my creativity shrivels up and dies.

18. What inspires you?
My imagination. Which is quite happy living in the lower recesses of the gutters, thank you.

19. Lastly, how would you sum up your fanfiction experiences and yourself as a writer?
I consider myself a pretty decent writer. For that I have to thank the good education I received at school and an overactive imagination. Of course, there are others who are far more amazing than I can ever be but at the end of the day, I just write because I enjoy it.

20. Tag some friends, because they’ll hate you for it.
YOU. YES YOU SITTING THERE. GO DO MY BIDDING.
