snow fights and sled rides
So, Christmas break has started out unusually well. My mom decided to ride with us in the car to Ohio and my dad was able to shave 3 hours off our trip. So we are here, and everything is covered in a white blanket...it is beautiful.
And a couple of my cousins just had babies, one is six weeks old and the other is 2 weeks old and I have already gotten to hold the 6 week old.
Honestly, if you wish to feel true innocence and purity and unbridled love...go hold a newborn.
Not much to say except that I have been increasingly bitchy over the course of this year...hopefully the break will be a time for me to put myself back in my place.
And I made straight A's and that is an accomplishment for me because I worked so hard for it. And my book, Running With Scissors, is increasingly weirder and weirder with every page I turn, I cant put it down and I am almost done with it (20 pages left) which means I have then finished my only task that I had of school over the break.
1: Hey.
2: Hey.
1: Look at the moon.
2: Why?
1: Just do it, please? Look at it.
2: Okay, fine.
1: Are you looking?
2: Yes.
1: Me too.
One of the sweetest conversations I have had in a long while.
