My first Ironman is complete! It was finished the Monday after Thanksgiving. You can push yourself but then eventually your body will push back, which is why Monday was the lucky day. Now, if you ask my how the second one is going....it's not. In fact, it's really bad and I'm starting to feel it. I am surrounding myself with community and going to get back with it though. Here is what I have for numbers:
0 Swimming
6 miles biking
2 miles running
This is so bad, I am planning to start over when the New Year happens. My goal for the rest of year is to get back to making working out a priority and not to let meetings take it away. This means getting up earlier and getting to the gym early. That's my plan.
