Swim - 2000 yards
Bike - 77.7 miles
Run - 15 miles

I am saving my swimming for last because I like to swim and probably the last 11 miles for turkey time since I'll be home and not near a bicycle. However, I beat myself up the last 2 days working out and every muscle hurts so I'll be taking tomorrow off. Still, I only have a little more than 35 miles to bicycle which I can probably finish by the end of this week or for sure before Thanksgiving. The question is, if I take tomorrow off, can I swing the rest of the work out by Thanksgiving and finish the running off while I'm home?

I think that's my goal. So by 2 pm Wednesday, November 23, I will need to have cycled 35.3 miles and swam 4500 yards. Bring it on Turkey time, bring it on!
