After a disappointing week of working out, I have only achieved the following:
Swim: 500 yards
Bike: 0 miles
Run: 3.5 miles
Overall I haven't been on my game lately and I need to get back into good habits. However, I will take the rest of this weekend to relax, unwind, enjoy the Windy City, and thank my baby sister for saving a bad haircut. Next week is a new week that finishes with Race for the Cure, a guaranteed 3.1 mile addition to my 'running total' (pun intended)! Should be great!
