To be honest, if the Warden had come to me in my world...I would have definitely sympathized, but I would have said, "I can't come." And I am angry I'm here instead of fixing the problems in my world. I'm angry that I'm even separated from the Prince even more than before, and for longer now.
So, you'll put yourself out as an offering - a sacrifice if you will - for a race of creatures in a state of mentality that is degrading even to the ones I know. For a planet that is so destroyed and poisoned that it's not even worth saving. For some kind of future that for this place, in all ways, shapes, and forms, can't, won't, and probably will never exist.
I'm going to do my best as a warrior for a world that still has a hope, however slim. For a planet that cannot save itself but might have a chance if many of us make that same choice. For a future that could still be brought about.
Because this world isn't any less important than mine. To the people here, it is their home.
A hope? A future? Considering the state of the planet and the one person I've spoken to that represents whatever is left of the human race, I doubt it's worth saving.

But, is it possible?

But it's right for me to fight for this place.
