I have just finished reading LM Montgomery's 'Emily' series. Just prior to that I lived with Anne Blythe (nee Shirley) in Green Gables right through to when her kids had grown up in Ingleside.
Being (delightfully) fickle, when reading a book that I live in, not only does my speech and vocabulary change ( so and so is of the race of Joseph) but I start to feel differently about things. At the moment I am overwhelmed with a deep love for trees. Not because they are well trees but because Dryads spend nights playing with them .
I am also possessed with the irresistible urge to bake. I have been baking for a week. Only Martha Stuart is not of the race of Pythia. My cupcakes are weapons of mass destruction. I really can't help myself though. Raspberry cordial sounds like something that I can't spend the rest of my life without. I need a pantry. And apple trees. Sigh.
