For those of you who haven't heard, Ang and I are adopting a child from India. We didn't tell anyone because we were afraid it might not happen, and then all of you would be caught up in the whole LJ sympathy thing, not knowing what the right thing to say is. Well, no need for that because this July, we will receive into our home with great love, Pushpagandha Vijayalakshmi!

Ang was worried that she wouldn't be ok around the pets. When we brought it up to the adoption agency they said not to worry, that she came from a family of animal lovers...
