Nothing much.

I'm going to try a new approach. Instead of thinking "another day where I did nothing", I shall dwelve into the most minute and banal of facts do bring out that it has it's been a day which, boring, be it as it may, has not been uneventful. There shall be at least that.

- I went to see Joseph Losey's "Eva" yesterday. A pointless film, ever the more disappointing for it was dubbed in French, and I had gone primarily to see Jeanne Moreau speak English, after hear her speak Italian the preceding evening.

- Today I worked (as that's what what I do at that place is referred to as). I got reimbursed by 2 people on whose behalf I has bought tickets for the concert on Friday, so that was 24 €. It allowed me to buy olive oil and rubbish bags which I needed.

- I've been thinking a lot about the proscenium arch lately.

- For an instant yesterday, I felt like that I already lived all there was to be lived. I didn't feel old, but just felt the moment that I found myself in, with such distance and remoteness, that I could have been thinking back on my youth - not contemplating my present situation, but rather reflecting back on a point in my life.

- I was supposed to do an application letter to a university. I'm not inspired to answer the question "How I would participate and contribute to life at this university". I don't think they mean go to lectures and learn. I'm supposed to be participating in other ways... On a related not, I was meant to get help with this letter this evening, but help didn't show up and switched his phone off, but that's OK I guess.

- Oh yes, I did study some of my Teach yourself beginner's Russian this morning. It was the same bit I do each time, because each time I do this thing, I'm invaribly starting over.

- The highlights of my days are the morning and evening metro rides. I can read my book without any guilt of wasting time.

- I didn't have to spend much time doing the numbers to realize that going to Nice in April is beyond my means.
