Pop goes the weasel
Thursday... In first, I played Uno with Rianne and Aaron. In second, I just read. Becky came for a while and we hung out. Lol in third, I went to the library and tried to work on my project for my German final, which we were assigned the project on Wednesday. In fourth, we did last-minute notes that Mrs. Andrew's forgot to give us. Lol I mean, she had scheduled it for last Thursday when she'd give the notes, but that was a snow day so it didn't happen. And we were busy since then. In fifth, I went to the library and researched a bit for my German project.
Mari came over after school. Yay! Lol it was fun. First we ate lunch. I wanted to eat as soon as I got home from school, but I knew Mari was coming so I decided to wait since I knew she's want to eat. We spent most the the time she was here just talking. We listened to music too. And played on the computer a bit. I think we also played some cards. She left at about 5.
Friday... In first, I sat talking with Simon, Rianne, and Aaron for a while. We were laughing at Rianne, because she kept being like, "Cards" to Aaron. Hehe. Eventually, Andrew showed up and played Uno with Rianne, Aaron and I. At the end of first, it was cool, because Tara came by with Kyla, her little girl. OMG! She's a beautiful baby! Lol Andrew was laughing at me, because I couldn't stop playing with Kyla. In second, I just read for a while. Melinda was there, but she was in a bad mood for a while so I left her alone. But then somehow we just started talking and yea. Lol in third, I went to the library and started working on my project for my German final.
SLYP out! Yay! Marisa came to the door to get me like half an hour after I got home from school! So yea. Of course, I was first pick up. When Kelsi was picked up, she went to the back of the bus. Marisa and Brette tied down Kels's chair, but Kels didn't have a seatbelt on so later fell out of her chair. Poor Kels! She was okay though. Needless to say, she decided to sit on one of the benches in the bus and use a seatbelt. Lol and on the way to get Kiki, Brette was driving through back alleys. Lol it was scaring Marisa. Hehe. The evening was pretty fun. We went to the Mall at Circle and 8th. First, we had supper in the food court. After we ate, I wheeled (I was using a wheelchair, since my left foot really hurt) away from Brette, showing her how fast I could move in the chair. She was yelling at me to stop, so finally I did, just before going down the ramp. She was kinda laughing at me, because I was saying how I would go down the ramp in the chair by myself, so I did. Well, Kelsi went first but I followed her. Which pretty much freaked Brette and Marisa out. That was kinda funny. Then we went to Pine & Fancy, Sweet Memories, and bought fudge. Which was cool because we got on a sugar high and started racing wheelchairs around the mall. Lol yay! Which was pretty great becuse Brette and Kelsi were racing (Brette was running) and then one of Kelsi's shoes fell off. So I saw it, and we got it, then Kels came around the corner, "Did you guys see my shoe?" Lol at about 8:30 we loaded the bus for drops offs. I was home by 9.
Saturday... Didn't do much. Woke up too early. I woke up at like 8:45ish and couldn't get back to sleep. So... I went onto the computer. Lol I think I mostly was on the computer or watching TV for most of the day. Yawn. Like usual. Lol but I was excited for that night! Actually, it was kinda funny. I already had made plans, but Kita called me up at about 4 and was like, "Wanna go to a Blades game tonight?" Lol I did, but I couldn't. Hehe.
At night, I went to the bar with Mel. She wanted to go because the Fjords were playing. So I went with her. I went to her place at about 8. We talked and hung out until about 9:30ish, when Access picked us up to take us to Amigos. She's gifted; on the way out of her house, she got caught on some Christmas lights on some bushes. So I was going to help her get free, and she backed up too much and ran over my toes :( Lol I'm used to that though from her. Finally we got on the bus, and Mel and I talked the whole way to Amigos. Lol so we got there and went to get a seat where Mel didn't feel totally in the way. Which we found a good place, so we sat there. Mel got a Coke, and I got one a little later. We talked until the first band came on. All they really played were slow songs. Sometime I finished my Coke, so I ordered a Pornstar. It was kinda funny though because the waitress totally forgot about me, and I didn't get my drink until like half an hour later or something. I told Mel it never fails. When I'm with her, my drink always gets forgotten about. Lol the Fjords played, and I got home at about 2 AM. Lol while we were waiting inside to call a cab and for me to call my parents, Mel got hit on by an old guy with grey hair. Lol it was kinda scary. He wouldn't stop talking to Mel.
Technically Sunday morning, I had a weird dream. In my dream, I was using a wheelchair. It was Claire's birthday. I wanted to go see Claire at work, to say happy birthday. But for some reason, my parents wouldn't drive me and so I ended up getting a ride with a random van. All I can remember about the people in the van is one of them was Jessica from my bus, and I think a couple others were from my bus. Anyway, we went somewhere by Subway, and like the mom of those I was with got out and went there. It was right beside Subway, so I got out and wheeled to see Claire. After I saw her, I came back out and the van was gone. I wandered around and saw Aaron (not the one from school) sitting with some random girl. I asked him where the van went, and he said it was still there. I wandered around a bit more and then found the van. I got in and then we drove away. Then I woke up.
Sunday... Well, I slept until about 2 PM, since I didn't go to bed until about 3 AM at least. Which screwed up plans for the day. I really had wanted to go see Claire at work, because it was her birthday. But that didn't happen. I was working on my German project for a bit. I also watched TV for a bit, and, I'm guessing since I didn't feel well, it slipped my mind to give Claire a call. So.... When I got onto MSN in the evening she was kind of mad, since I guess none of her friends called her to wish her happy birthday. I felt bad. But yea, Claire and I talked over MSN for a while and then she forgave me. Yay! Lol
Today... I woke up at about 9ish. I went onto the computer for a while and worked on my German project. Then I went downstairs to eat. I think after that I was watching TV for a bit. Had a bath, shower and washed my hair at about 1:30ish. Lol watched TV after taht, I think. Hehe. Um, in the evening my mom and I went to a mother/daughter yoga class. It was from 7-8. I had a good time. there was quite a bit of stuff I couldn't do though. Oh well. I'm hoping by the end of the class I'll be able to do them. And my subject? A quote from the night. Lol we were doing the "Yoga Boat" and a lot of us fell backwards (luckily we were all sitting), so the instructor said, "Pop goes the weasel" and we all laughed.
