Brighter spark of hope
So.... Happy. Yet sad. Happy because.... Today was the last day of classes for this year for me. So I'm happy to get the year over with. Of course, finals are starting tomorrow for me but... It's not class, so yay! Lol I'm going to miss all my friends so much though.
Today was awesome! I mean, after school I saw Kayla. And so I was talking to her, and Jo and Sheena got dismissed from class so Kayla called them over. She then took me, Jo, and Sheena out for ice cream. That was awesome! Because I wanted ice cream. Lol also, when we were there I got one scoop of cherry cheesecake, and one scoop of cookies and cream on a cone. But the ice cream was soft and it was sliding down the cone, so I got a cup and a spoon for it. The four of us girls then went outside and ate our ice cream. Mine melted, so it was cookies and cherry cream. It was an interesting combination, and it was good. After we finished our ice cream, I said I didn't want to go home yet. And they all agreed, so we decided to go to the park by Sheena's, and we hung out there for about 45 minutes. Then Sheena left, Kayla drove Jo home and then she took me home.
First was fun today. Because Jo, Sheena and I decorated Knighton's locker. It was funny because it was Jo and I first, and then Sheena was sitting at the bench still. So... While Jo was getting stuff to decorate with, I went over to the glass window looking down to the bench. I saw Sheena sitting there, so I knocked on the glass and she looked up. I kinda gave her a look that said, "Get up here!" And held out my arms, like a frusterated stance I guess. So she came upstairs. Then Jo sent her back downstairs to the library to print off some pictures. She did, though unfortunately she only had 5 minutes so only got 5 of them printed out. The three of us decorted Knighton's locker during our spare, and then afterwards hid in the doorway of the girls' bathroom. Knighton came by, saw his locker, said, "Oh my God!" or something and so Jo, Sheena and I burst out laughing. It was great!
Second was pretty uneventful. At break, Claire and I handed out some poetry booklets that we made for our friends. And Claire was taking pictures of people. Third was for the most part too. Other than my computer being dumb and the programs not working for me, though they were the same codes as Claire's. So.... Yea. Also, I forgot to hand them in until after I logged off. So I logged back on and yea. At lunch, Claire and I handed more booklets out. And Brittany took a picture on Claire's digital camera of Claire and I, and I took one of Brittany and Claire.
Fourth was funny. We were finishing our last Tigers' thing. Getting the literary devices and all that. Then it was funny because the class was supposed to work on our essay for the final, but not many of us did. Some of the class, actually a lot of the class, wouldn't stop talking. So.... Nickel was getting a little annoyed. Then it was just funny because Nickel actaully has a sense of humor! Lol yea. Apparently Mike Anweiler came by and dropped a thong (that, for some reason, was hanging out of a locker) in front of my English class. And so the people by the door were laughing because they saw it, since the door was open. Aaron Roberts then went over to the door to see what Anwieler put there, and ran back to his desk laughing. Then Nickel went to the door, saw the thong, scopped it up with 2 peices of paper and put it in the garbage.
Fifth was just math. Not much happened. I did a little bit of preperation for the test tomorrow, but not much. Lol
Not a lot happened yesterday, but of course there was school. Claire and I decided we wer feeling really behind in comp. science, so we sort of cheated... No, got visual aids! Lol I asked Knighton to email chapter 6 codes to us. Which he did. So we've used those codes for the programs. We do understand them, of course. I mean, we had to change the codes because there were little bugs in them and.... And our programs were different, because we called things different things. And in first, Sheena, Jo and I figured things out for Knighton's locker. Fifth was kind of funny because David had his legs way out in the aisle, so people who walked by him tripped quite often. They didn't fall, which is good, but it was amusing. Because even Mr. P tripped. He was like, "David!" Lol it was funny.
My weekend was awesome too. On Saturday I woke up early and couldn't get back to sleep, so I got up. Then my mom and brother left, so my dad and I went for breakfast. That was.... Weird. Lol because I didn't have much to tell my dad and yea. Then, after breakfast, we came home. And I sat and did nothing much. Lol until Claire and I decided to have a sleepover that night. So that's what we did.
It was fun at Claire's. When I got there, Claire, Joanne, and I left to go rent a movie. Then we went back to their place, and Claire and I worked on the booklets we handed out today that used the poems that I printed off on Friday. That was pretty fun actually. And.... Then Claire, Alex and I played Skip-O for a bit. I think Claire and I did something else after, but I can't remember. All I remember after that is going to sleep. When we woke up in the morning, we had breakfast. And then we watched Little Black Book, which we rented the night before. After that we played a game, and then my brother came to get me.
