Feeling so much more cheerful now that the bizarre beast in the park had been defeated, Aziraphale left the box of cookies for whatever squirrels, ducks, what have you might be roaming around the park. Then he headed back home, stashing the frock coat and top hat in the back of the closet, and then settling into the kitchen to cook

One minute, he'd been curled in the fetal position on the bed, bemoaning the horrible fate awaiting coffee beans everywhere and getting quacked at by the herd of origami ducks and the next, he'd been sitting up and laughing at the antics of their new apartment mates.
Fandom, was truly a strange place.
When he heard Phale return from whereever the angel had been, Wilson finished up cleaning the woundsite and he pattered into the kitchen.
"Hey there, lover mine. Help me with this bandage?"

Aziraphale set the eggs aside, having not yet started on them, and went to help with Wilson bandage. "How are you feeling?"
Which was partly a question about the shoulder injury, and partly a question about the young doctor's state of mind.

"I'm...strangely, feeling kinda good actually." Wilson said a bit perplexed. "Nothing like yesterday, that's for certain. Though, I think I'm still going to give up the pain meds after office hours tomorrow. I don't think I'm reacting well to them."
Wilson made a bit of a face, because he wasn't sure how he was going to end up feeling once he gave up the meds. He knew he should probably stick with them for the full ten days but his sudden mood swings this weekend had him concerned so...he was going to be following Blair's example!

He carefully affixed the bandage, and then brushed a gentle kiss to the edge of his lover's shoulder.
"Apparently there was some sort of creature roaming about town, making everyone sad. It's been dispatched, though."
Reply
"Come again?" He said in a perplexed voice, his brain absolutely rebelling at the idea that a 'creature' had caused everyone to be sad.

Aziraphale made a show of helping Wilson back on with his shirt, and mumbled the rest of his words. "WedefeateditbybeingsillyatitandIdidmagictricksandnowit'sgone."

"Wait, you did magic tricks and I missed it?" Wilson said with a pout that bordered upon emo.
Only, there was no more emoo and so the pout gave way to a grin and he leaned over to kiss his lover on the mouth.
"Thank you then." He said softly.

With another quick kiss, he moved back to the stove to get started on the eggs. "Really, James love, you ought to be letting your TAs help you out more, while you're recovering. You're tiring yourself out."
Reply
"One of my TAs is still at home recovering from being mugged and the other TA was stuck in a mirror last week." Wilson pointed out. "But, I don't know. I'll see how I feel Tuesday after being off the meds for twelve hours. If it just seems to be too much, I'll give Pippi a call and have her run the class."
That reminded him, he had a quiz to prep for Agnes and papers to grade. This caused him to groan softly.
Reply
"Quite, my dear. I'd rather forgot about that. I do hope Phoebe is all right."
He pulled the orange juice out of the fridge and poured the young doctor a tall glass. "If Pippi can't do it, love, let me know and I'll step in. I can always read your lecture notes and assign them homework."
Reply
"I certainly will! Though Pippi has been so wonderfully attentive to her job as a TA, I'm fairly certain she'll be up for the task, err...so long as she's not still stuck in a mirror."
Reaching for his orange juice, Wilson heard a familiar voice at the door and turned to see Abby.
