Hello! I'm Rose Tyler. Saw your ad about letting a room. I know it's a bit of a short notice but I was hoping if I could rent a room? Thanks!

"Miss Tyler, this is Aziraphale. You are most welcome to rent a room with us. At the moment, the attic room is taken, but there are two bedrooms on the second floor. The smaller room has its own ensuite bath, the larger room shares the 'public' bath with the attic room. You are welcome to take your pick."

[ooc: Phale will be in a pretty bad state this week, and Wilson is in the clinic in a coma. I'm happy to set up a time for Rose to stop and talk with Phale, although he won't be making very good first impression, or we can handwave it and you can have Rose move in anytime you like.]
